We collect information through: (a) information you voluntarily provide; (b) automatic collection via the Game; (c) third-party analytics and advertising SDKs (see Section 4).

2. Purposes for Collection and Use

We use the information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100):

• Providing, operating, and maintaining the Game and its features
• Processing in-app purchases and facilitating payment transactions
• Providing customer support and responding to inquiries

• Sending promotional communications, where you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)
• Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, security incidents, and technical issues

5. Data Retention

• Usage and analytics data: retained in de-identified or aggregated form for up to 24 months.
• Support communications: retained for up to 3 years.
• Data subject to a legal hold: retained for the duration of any applicable legal proceeding.

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

8. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.:

• Right to Know: You may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it (for the preceding 12 months).

In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 22575), we disclose that: (a) we do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals; (b) third parties may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our Game; (c) this policy describes our data practices fully.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using Dim Sum Shop (the "Game") operated by ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Game. Users between 13 and 17 must have a parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on their behalf. By using the Game, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control. 3. Prohibited Conduct

4. Intellectual Property

The Game and all its content — including but not limited to artwork, graphics, text, audio, music, software, game mechanics, and the "Dim Sum Shop" name and logo — are the exclusive property of or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional purchases of virtual currency ("Gold Coins") and other virtual items ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Game only
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real currency or any other item of real-world value, except as expressly required by applicable law
• Virtual Items are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or traded to other users
• reserves the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy set forth below

In-app purchases are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card information.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game permits you to submit, post, or share content (e.g., usernames, feedback), you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the Game. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Game, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE CALIFORNIA LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Some jurisdictions, including California, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties in certain circumstances. To the extent such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, they are limited to the maximum extent permitted.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL , ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR FRAUD, FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Game immediately ceases. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive any termination of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact us at and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receipt. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed to binding arbitration as set forth below.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game — including questions about the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at www.adr.org. The arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California, or by telephone/video at your election. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and each waive any right to a jury trial. You also agree not to participate in claims brought in a private attorney general or representative capacity, or consolidated claims involving another person's account.

12.4 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this limited purpose.

12.5 California Residents

Pursuant to Cal. Civ. Code § 1789.3, California residents may report complaints to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs by mail at: 1625 N. 13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms with a new effective date and, where feasible, by in-app notice or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms are not assignable by you without our prior written consent.

Refund Policy for Dim Sum Shop

This Refund Policy applies to in-app purchases made in Dim Sum Shop ("Game") operated by . It is intended to comply with applicable U.S. federal law, California consumer protection statutes (including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.), and the Apple App Store guidelines. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Purchases

In-app purchases in the Game — including virtual currency ("Gold Coins") and other virtual items — are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the instant delivery nature of these products, all completed purchases are generally considered final. This is consistent with Apple App Store policies and applicable California law for fully performed digital services.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

Notwithstanding the general no-refund policy for digital goods, will issue a refund in the following circumstances, as required by applicable law or our company policy:

• Unauthorized Transactions: If a purchase was made without your authorization (e.g., by an unauthorized third party or due to account compromise), you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. You must provide evidence of the unauthorized access.
• Non-Delivery Due to Technical Failure: If you were charged but the purchased Gold Coins or items were not credited to your account due to a verified technical error on our end, we will re-deliver the items or, if re-delivery is not possible, issue a full refund.
• Duplicate Billing: If your payment method was charged more than once for a single transaction, we will refund all duplicate charges in full upon verification.
• Permanent Service Discontinuation: If we permanently discontinue the Game and purchased but unused Virtual Items can no longer be used, we will provide eligible users with a pro-rated refund of any unused balance, to the extent required by California law.
• California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA): If a purchase was induced by conduct that violates the CLRA (Cal. Civ. Code § 1770), including but not limited to misrepresentation or false advertising, California residents may be entitled to additional remedies including a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

Subject to applicable law, refunds will generally not be granted for:

• Gold Coins or Virtual Items that have been fully or partially used, consumed, or applied within the Game
• Purchases where dissatisfaction is based solely on subjective preference, gameplay experience, difficulty level, or aesthetic opinions
• Changes to Game features, Virtual Item functionality, or pricing that occur after a purchase is completed
• Loss or forfeiture of Virtual Items resulting from violations of our Terms of Service or applicable law
• Purchases made more than 90 days prior to the refund request, unless a longer period is required under California law

Nothing in this Section limits any rights you may have under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act or other non-waivable California consumer protection statutes.

4. How to Request a Refund from

5. Refund Review and Processing

Because all in-app purchases are billed and processed exclusively by Apple Inc. through the App Store, does not have direct access to your payment method or the ability to issue refunds independently. The review process below applies to requests submitted directly to us under Section 4:

• We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days of receipt.
• We will review your request and communicate a decision within 5 business days.
• If we determine a refund is warranted, we will submit a refund request on your behalf to Apple, or provide written support documentation for your own Apple refund request. Actual refund timing depends on Apple's processing schedule and your financial institution.
• If a refund is approved, any Virtual Items associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account.
• We will provide a written explanation if your refund request is denied.

6. Apple App Store Refunds (Recommended Path)

For the fastest resolution, we recommend requesting a refund directly through Apple, as Apple controls all billing for App Store purchases. You may do so at:

• Apple's refund decisions are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and are independent of this policy.

Contacting Apple does not prevent you from also reaching out to under Section 4. However, if Apple has already issued a refund for a transaction, we will not issue an additional refund for the same transaction.

7. Purchases by Minors (COPPA & California Law)

In accordance with COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.) and California law:

• The Game is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to make in-app purchases.
• If a purchase was made by a minor between ages 13–17 without proper parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian may request a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date by contacting us with proof of the minor's age and the purchase receipt.
• California Family Code § 6710 may permit minors to disaffirm contracts. Parents or guardians who believe a minor's purchase should be voided are encouraged to contact us promptly.

8. California Consumer Rights Notice

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 et seq.) and the California Unfair Competition Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq.).
